When is the best time to start classes?

Ideally consider starting classes between 20 and 34 weeks pregnant, to allow you time to practice, but you can do the classes at any time.

  • 12 Hours of Face-to-Face  tuition - (this can be broken up over 3 or 6 hours sessions)

  • Ongoing support with me via phone/email/Zoom until your birth

ONLINE CLASSES

When your schedule is so Ad hoc or circumstanses can't seem to work around face-to-face classes, then these self-paced and self-directed online learning options are probably what will work best for you.

  • Option of a 90min private session upgrade ($150) available

POSITIVE CAESAREAN BIRTH

Sometimes birth circumstances change and the pathway your were hoping to take has taken a different turn. In situations such as these, you can still prepare for a positive birth experience and still make choices about your experience. With this course we can show you how to prepare.​

  • ARE LOOKING A LITTLE DIFFERENT but still have the option to be delivered face-to-face OR streamed over a web platform anywhere you are. Alternatively you can CHOOSE FROM OUR ONLINE OPTIONS STARTING AT $199

If for some reason, you have special circumstances that make any of the above class options difficult to apply to you, classes can be tailored (within reason), to suit your requirements,

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To secure your place a non-refundable $150 deposit is required when booking this course, with final payment required seven (7) days prior to course start date.
